About The Position
The ideal candidate for this role is punctual, reliable, and friendly; they love sauna and have a desire to learn about business operations in the expanding health & wellness space. Essentially, we want friendly, hard-working people who have their act together to represent our small business to the South Austin wellness community. Our amazing team members say this role keeps them on their feet and active at all times. They are happy to clock-in as early as 6:30 am, and can work evenings and/or weekends. Our studios are open 7 days a week, often from 7am to 9pm, so those that enjoy a fast-paced atmosphere thrive with us. Team members must commute easily to West William Cannon Drive near MoPac. This role offers experience in sales & customer service in the high-growth health/wellness space, tech like MindBody Online, Axle CRM, Homebase, and knowledge in IR, Red Light Therapy, contrast therapy & Halotherapy. It also provides a sense of community within the innovative boutique health & fitness scene in South Austin and fulfillment by helping guests feel better than when they arrived.

Responsibilities
- Clean studio & individual sauna rooms between guests (READ: you'll be cleaning alot)
- Selling memberships & earning commissions
- Warmly greet customers by name with a smile
- Call and text warm leads in our sales CRM (Expectation is for 10+ calls made each shift)
