About The Position

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Membership Sales Representatives. This role involves direct customer interaction, focusing on promoting and selling our monthly unlimited car wash services. The ideal candidate is money-motivated, possesses excellent people skills, a strong work ethic, a competitive spirit, and a positive attitude. This position offers a performance-based pay structure with a base hourly rate plus commission, and significant earning potential as demonstrated by the performance of our current sales team.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer upon entry.
• Assist customers in the selection and payment of their car wash.
• Offer monthly unlimited services to each customer at the promotional rate.
• Activate and input information of new unlimited customer accounts.
• Manage existing unlimited customer accounts.
