About The Position

We are seeking a driven and people-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our inbound team. In this role you will connect with prospective and current community members over the phone and in-person, introduce them to Vamos Health's membership model, and guide them through enrollment. This is a fast-paced, metric-driven environment where your communication skills, bilingual fluency, and persistence translate directly into impact and earnings. You do not need a background in healthcare — you need the ability to have a real conversation, overcome objections, and close. We'll teach you the rest. Base Pay Component Details: Base Salary $31,000 Classification Exempt through the inside sales exemption Per-Sale Bonuses: A bonus is earned for every membership sold, regardless of volume — there is no minimum threshold before bonuses begin: Component Details Core Membership $10 per enrollment Vital Membership $6 per enrollment Vamos+ Membership $6 per enrollment VamosTele Membership $7 per enrollment VamosOB Membership TBD Inside Sales Representatives are not subject to chargebacks. All bonuses earned are final once the pay period closes. Sales Targets 40 CMEs per pay period Quality & Conduct Standards In addition to sales volume, representatives are evaluated on: Call quality and professionalism on every interaction Accuracy of enrollment data entered into Hint / Cerebro systems Adherence to compliance guidelines during member enrollment conversations Responsive participation in coaching sessions, team huddles, and training

Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English — spoken and written (required for member-facing work)
  • Strong verbal communication skills: clear, confident, and able to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Comfort with a metrics-driven environment and accountability to daily and pay-period targets
  • Basic computer literacy — ability to navigate enrollment systems and CRM tools
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-directed in a structured call center environment
  • U.S. work authorization (W-2 role)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in phone sales, call center, customer service, or member enrollment
  • Familiarity with healthcare membership models, insurance, or community health programs
  • Experience with CRM or enrollment platforms (Hint, Cerebro, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Contact prospective and current community members by phone to introduce Vamos Health membership plans
  • Clearly explain membership benefits, pricing, and what to expect — in Spanish and English
  • Guide prospects through the enrollment process from first contact to completed sign-up
  • Follow up on warm leads, past inquiries, and lapsed members to re-engage interest
  • Consistently meet 40 CMEs per pay period
  • Answer member questions with patience, accuracy, and care
  • Identify the right membership tier for each prospect based on their household situation and needs
  • Escalate billing, clinical, or complex member issues to the appropriate internal team
  • Enter all enrollment data accurately into Hint / Cerebro at time of sign-up
  • Log all call activity and member interactions in the designated CRM
  • Follow all enrollment compliance guidelines and Vamos Health call center protocols
  • Complete required training and stay current on membership plan updates
