The role involves developing a year-round membership strategy, supporting prospect events and select game-day activations, and collaborating with Club leadership and teams across marketing, operations, food and beverage, and private events. The position is primarily on-site at the Carolina Club, with regular community engagement and some local travel. Occasional evening and weekend availability is required.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort engaging with executives, business owners, alumni, university stakeholders, young professionals, community leaders, and varied audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large pipeline and multiple priorities.
  • Goal-oriented and comfortable being accountable for measurable sales and revenue targets.
  • Ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, operations, food and beverage, and private events teams.
  • Must be able to work primarily on-site at the Carolina Club and regularly engage in the Chapel Hill and greater Triangle community.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for membership events, networking opportunities, university activities, game days, and other Club experiences.
  • Some local travel within the market may be required for networking, prospecting, and partnership development.
