About The Position

Scissors & Scotch is a barbershop and bar that offers an upscale yet approachable experience. We cater to a diverse clientele seeking exceptional haircuts and a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels known. This role is more than a typical front desk position; you will be the primary point of contact for guests, responsible for creating the first and last impression, driving business growth through relationship building and membership sales, and providing outstanding hospitality.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

Experience in membership sales.
Experience in boutique fitness (e.g., Orangetheory, Club Pilates, StretchLab, Perspire).
Experience in membership-based businesses like Amazing Lash, European Wax Center, Massage Envy, or tanning salons.
Experience in luxury hospitality or concierge roles.
Experience in retail sales.
Experience in customer service.

Responsibilities
