About The Position

As a Membership Sales Associate at Super Star Car Wash, you will drive sales by communicating product benefits and using a consultative approach to help customers find solutions that meet their needs. This entry-level role includes paid training on Super Star Car Wash and its “Be Super” membership sales approach. The company emphasizes flexibility, adaptability, integrity, trust, and a supportive sales environment.

The position is primarily outdoors in a fast-paced setting, with regular customer and colleague interaction. Work may involve exposure to heat, cold, rain, wind, and moderate to high noise from equipment and vehicles. The role requires prolonged standing and walking, manual tasks, operating equipment, and stamina throughout the shift. Duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions to understand customers’ needs and provide personalized solutions.
