About The Position

The Membership Sales Associate at Super Star Car Wash drives sales by communicating product benefits and using a consultative approach to guide customers toward solutions that meet their needs. This entry-level role offers paid training on Super Star Car Washes and its “Be Super” membership sales approach. Team members are expected to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapt to customer needs, and contribute to a supportive, ethical sales team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and adapt to varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of sales experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions to uncover customers’ needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Provide friendly, trusted customer service.
• Use communication skills to close sales and address customer needs.
• Introduce and sell products and services to prospective customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets on schedule.
• Stay informed about the products and services offered.
• Present monthly unlimited car wash packages and upsell products to existing customers.
