Membership Renewal Specialist - TVC Pro-Driver
About The Position
TVC Pro-Driver, a member of the Love’s Family of Companies, is a commercial driver’s license (CDL) protection subscription service with over thirty-five years of experience. The company assists individual drivers and fleets in reducing or dismissing fines, preventing downtime for court, and protecting compliance, safety, and accountability (CSA) scores. The Inside Sales team at TVC Pro-Driver is seeking a Membership Renewal Specialist to play a vital role in sustaining member engagement and retention. This position involves proactively reaching out to TVC members with memberships nearing expiration, managing a high volume of outbound calls, communicating effectively, and accurately documenting interactions using internal systems.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
- Familiarity with auto dialers and online payment systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct up to 150 outbound calls per day to TVC members regarding upcoming membership expirations.
- Manage calls efficiently, aiming to complete each interaction within 5 minutes.
- Operate within an auto dialer system to maximize outreach and productivity.
- Accurately document member interactions using Salesforce and The Matrix platforms.
- Process membership payments securely through the online payment portal.
