Established in 1996, we're a proud full-service third-party administrator (TPA) for self-funded group health insurance plans. If you're looking to join a company where your work truly makes a difference, Unified Group Services is the place to be. You'll work in our office from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Voluntary overtime is available during the peak season. As our Renewal Specialist, accuracy and attention to detail will be your top priorities. You'll prepare all kinds of clerical documents, gather valuable information, and conduct semi-annual reviews for reinsurance carriers to ensure customers continue to receive the healthcare coverage they need. Diligently, you'll post documents to our secure website for customers and brokers and perform semi-annual reviews to measure our customers' healthcare expenditures. You'll also submit annual reports to reinsurance carriers so they can prepare for customer renewal.

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
  • Ability to politely and professionally communicate over the phone
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to clerical accuracy
  • Track record of excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Customer service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond
  • Willingness to learn more

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of accounting or finance experience
  • Associate degree
