It oversees recruitment execution, volunteer pipeline development, troop formation, retention initiatives, community partnerships, and county-level membership growth efforts throughout Southern Arizona. This is a highly visible, high-energy leadership role for someone who thrives both in the field and behind the scenes. One day you may be building partnerships with school districts, community organizations, and business leaders. The next, you may be coaching staff, solving troop development challenges, launching recruitment campaigns, or helping a new volunteer take the first steps toward leading a troop.
