Part Time Membership / Front Desk
About The Position
At Goldfish Swim School, we are dedicated to providing top-notch swim lessons and fostering a positive environment for our team members and customers. We are seeking part-time Front Desk Sales Associates who will contribute to our mission by managing new and existing swim lesson memberships, both in person and over the phone. These associates will introduce families to our program, guide them through their initial experiences, and support swimmers as they advance through our curriculum. - Use observation, conversation and relationship-development skills to identify parent concerns and offer solutions.
Nice To Haves
- Sales, customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on new and existing swim lesson memberships both on the phone and in person.
- Introduce families to the program and guide them through their first days at Goldfish.
- Support swimmers as they progress through different levels.
- Contact new inquiries promptly and convert them into memberships.
- Contribute to strong membership retention and growth.
- Build rapport with parents and family members and utilize all available resources to meet their needs.
- Identify parent concerns and offer solutions using observation, conversation, and relationship-development skills.
