About The Position

At Goldfish Swim School, we are dedicated to providing exceptional swim lessons to address the critical issue of drowning statistics. We pride ourselves on delivering a golden experience and outstanding customer service, fostered by our team culture. We are seeking part-time Front Desk Sales Associates who will contribute to our swim lesson success by guiding new and existing members over the phone and in person. These associates will introduce families to our program, support them through their initial days, and assist swimmers in their progression through different skill levels. Our goal is to ensure families feel welcomed, informed, and excited to join our program, while also contributing to strong membership retention and growth.

Love talking to people and making them feel confident in their decisions.
Get energy from helping families say “yes” to something meaningful.
Ability to balance being warm and friendly with confidently asking for the sale.
Enjoy working towards goals and celebrating wins, both big and small.
Ability to build rapport with parents and family members and utilize all available resources to meet their needs.
Use observation, conversation and relationship-development skills to identify parent concerns and offer solutions.
Sales, customer service or hospitality experience preferred (training provided for the right personality).

Responsibilities

Provide guidance on new and existing swim lesson memberships both on the phone and in person.
Introduce families to the program and guide them through their first days.
Support swimmers as they progress through different skill levels.
Contact new inquiries promptly and convert them into memberships.
Contribute to strong membership retention and growth.
