Join Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana by becoming one of our Membership Experience Coordinators – a position focused on recruiting new members (sales) and retaining our current members through exceptional customer service. This position requires the candidate to reside in the Louisville/Metro area. As a Membership Experience Coordinator, you will be hosting events and using sales techniques to recruit new members while also providing support to our current volunteers in your assigned geographic area. No two days are alike for our Membership Experience Coordinators. You could find yourself planning out your sales/recruitment strategy for the next season, scheduling events, holding an informational meeting for parents, hosting a booth at a community event, building a relationship with a school or community partner, making check-in calls to volunteers, dropping flyers off at schools, leading an activity with girls, loading cases of Girl Scout cookies into cars, solving a problem for a troop leader, or attending a meeting with key volunteers. You will work from home and in the field traveling within your assigned geographic area. Your schedule will be variable, including some nights and weekends, and offers a great deal of flexibility. Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana is a non-profit organization serving girls from Kindergarten thru 12th grade in 54 counties in Kentucky and 10 counties in Southern Indiana.
