About The Position

AAA Central Penn is seeking a Part-Time Member Specialist to join their Lancaster office. This role involves assisting members with a variety of AAA services, including travel planning, insurance inquiries, notary services, and issuing items like EZPasses and maps. The Member Specialist will be the primary point of contact for members, ensuring they receive exceptional service and are informed about the full range of AAA's offerings. The position is based in the Lancaster office at 804 Estelle Dr.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A passion for helping people (customer service experience is a plus!).
• Willingness to become a Notary Public (we’ll support you!).
• Clear communication skills—whether in person, on the phone, or online.
• A flexible, can-do attitude and a love for learning new things.
• Tech-savviness to navigate our systems with ease.

Responsibilities

• Helping members with sign-ups, renewals, and all things AAA.
• Issuing EZPasses, maps, travel gear, and attraction tickets.
• Guiding members to our amazing travel and insurance experts.
• Becoming a Notary Public (we’ll help you get there!).
• Taking passport and international driver’s permit photos.
• Sharing the perks of AAA’s full suite of services.
• Keeping our space welcoming and organized.
