About The Position

AAA Central Penn is seeking a Part-Time Member Specialist to join their team in the Lancaster office. This role involves providing exceptional service to AAA members, assisting with a variety of tasks including travel planning, notary services, and processing membership-related transactions. The Member Specialist will be the friendly face of AAA, ensuring members have a positive experience and are aware of the full range of AAA's services. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A passion for helping people (customer service experience is a plus!).
• Willingness to become a Notary Public (we’ll support you!).
• Clear communication skills—whether in person, on the phone, or online.
• A flexible, can-do attitude and a love for learning new things.
• Tech-savviness to navigate our systems with ease.

Responsibilities

• Helping members with sign-ups, renewals, and all things AAA.
• Issuing EZPasses, maps, travel gear, and attraction tickets.
• Guiding members to our amazing travel and insurance experts.
• Becoming a Notary Public (we’ll help you get there!).
• Taking passport and international driver’s permit photos.
• Sharing the perks of AAA’s full suite of services.
• Keeping our space welcoming and organized.
