AAA Central Penn is looking for a Member Specialist to join their team. This role involves delivering exceptional service and making an impact by assisting members with a variety of AAA services. The position is located in Enola, PA, within AAA Giant store locations. The starting pay is $17.65 per hour. This is a stable, rewarding career opportunity with room for growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A passion for helping people (customer service experience is a plus!).
• Willingness to become a Notary Public (company will support this).
• Clear communication skills—whether in person, on the phone, or online.
• A flexible, can-do attitude and a love for learning new things.
• Tech-savviness to navigate systems.

Responsibilities

• Helping members with sign-ups, renewals, and all things AAA.
• Issuing EZPasses, maps, travel gear, and attraction tickets.
• Guiding members to travel and insurance experts.
• Taking passport and international driver’s permit photos.
• Sharing the perks of AAA’s full suite of services.
• Planning road trips or booking hotels and renting cars.
• Keeping the workspace welcoming and organized.
• Engaging in natural conversation and engaging customers.
