Whether you're in one of our cozy branches or our exciting new Giant store locations, you'll be making someone’s day, every day.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
A passion for helping people (customer service experience is a plus!).
Willingness to become a Notary Public (we’ll support you!).
Clear communication skills—whether in person, on the phone, or online.
A flexible, can-do attitude and a love for learning new things.
Tech-savviness to navigate our systems with ease.

Helping members with sign-ups, renewals, and all things AAA.
Issuing EZPasses, maps, travel gear, and attraction tickets.
Guiding members to our amazing travel and insurance experts.
Becoming a Notary Public (we’ll help you get there!).
Taking passport and international driver’s permit photos.
Sharing the perks of AAA’s full suite of services.
Planning cool road trips or booking hotels and renting cars for excited travelers.
Keeping our space welcoming and organized.
Engaging in natural conversation and engaging customers.
