Responsibilities
- Demonstrate working knowledge of club standard operating procedures and policies.
- Communicate and implement club policies and procedures with employees.
- Encourage staff teamwork and productivity.
- Make decisions.
- Generate appointments through member referrals, networking, formal presentations, public demonstrations, master systems, and phone calls.
- Follow up with prospects, conduct gym tours, and enroll prospects in gym memberships.
- Sell membership services and Dot Fit products as part of regular sales presentations.
- Maintain accurate records using Crunch Fitness VFP master systems, including the TI log, Club Activity, Web Leads, and Production Book.
- Conduct daily facility walk-arounds to ensure cleanliness.
