About The Position

Northwoods Credit Union (NCU) in Moose Lake, MN is seeking multiple Member Service Representatives (MSR/Teller) due to recent employee promotions. This full-time, entry-level position offers a starting wage of $17.00 per hour or more depending on experience, plus eligibility to earn incentive pay. NCU also offers a performance-based career path with advancement opportunities. Candidates with prior credit union or MSR/Teller experience may be considered for placement at the MSR II or III level and may be offered a higher starting wage. In this role, you will build trusted relationships, create meaningful impact, and be part of a supportive, collaborative team. As a Member Service Representative, you are the friendly first point of contact, delivering exceptional service with every interaction. You process routine financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency, while taking the time to truly understand each member's unique financial needs and recommending solutions that support their goals. You'll play a vital role in strengthening our members' financial wellbeing as well as the community by creating positive experiences and building connections that support NCU's vision of building life-long relationships, one member at a time.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid driver's license is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in customer service or cash handling is a plus, but not required.
  • Prior credit union or MSR/Teller experience may be considered for placement at the MSR II or III level and may be offered a higher starting wage, based on experience.
