About The Position

Northwoods Credit Union (NCU) in Cloquet, MN is offering multiple openings for Member Service Representative positions due to recent employee promotions. This full-time, entry-level role offers a starting wage of $17.00 per hour or more depending on experience, with eligibility for incentive pay. NCU also provides a performance-based career path with advancement opportunities. Candidates with prior credit union or MSR/Teller experience may be considered for MSR II or III levels with a potentially higher starting wage. In this role, you will build trusted relationships, create meaningful impact, and be part of a supportive, collaborative team. You will be the friendly first point of contact, delivering exceptional service, processing routine financial transactions accurately and efficiently, and recommending solutions to meet member needs. Your role is vital in strengthening members' financial well-being and the community by creating positive experiences and building connections that support NCU's vision of building life-long relationships, one member at a time.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Valid driver's license is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in customer service or cash handling is a plus, but not required.
  • Prior credit union or MSR/Teller experience may be considered for placement at the MSR II or III level.
