HYBRID Financial Customer Service Representative
About The Position
TEKsystems is hiring Member Services Representatives for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a Fortune 100 financial institution in Winchester, Virginia. This hybrid role supports members with account questions and transactions, fraud and dispute claims, and information about financial products, services, and self-service tools. Representatives work in a fast-paced contact center, use multiple systems to resolve member needs, and help protect members' financial information. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week. Shifts vary, and employees must be flexible to work any assigned shift and one weekend day.
Requirements

- Experience in customer service, call centers, retail, administrative or receptionist roles, banking, mortgage or financial services, or another fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist members with account inquiries and transactions.
- Support fraud and dispute claims while protecting member information.
- Educate members on products, services, and self-service tools.
- Deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced contact center environment.
- Navigate multiple systems to resolve member needs efficiently.
