A Member Services Representative (MSR) receives calls, faxes, and Email from internal and external customers requiring assistance with Catalyst Corporate’s products and services. MSR’s are required to work together as a successful team to manage multiple tasks simultaneously ensuring all department service standards are achieved. The MSR assists external customers with TranZact, Catalyst Corporate’s online account management system, account information, problem resolution, research requests, and system training. Internal customers utilize MSR’s for research requests, member outreach for information updates or system alerts, and TranZact training. MSR’s are responsible for maintaining and communicating all member account information, including opening, closing and mergers.
