About The Position
AO Globe Life is growing its remote Member Services team and is looking for driven professionals who enjoy helping people understand their benefit and insurance options. As a Member Services Representative, you will work with provided warm leads, schedule client appointments, and help individuals and families navigate life, supplemental health, and accident insurance choices.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
- Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
- Customer service, sales, leadership, or client-relations experience
- Clear and professional communication
- Strong listening ability
- Reliable follow-through
- Detail orientation
- Comfort working with online tools and systems
- Self-motivated, coachable, comfortable working independently, and interested in a performance-based career with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
