About The Position

Fitness Growth Capital (FGC) is seeking a high-energy, positive, and passionate Member Services Representative to help create a welcoming, inclusive club environment. The role combines member and guest support with membership sales, retail sales, and coordination of member services. The representative will maintain a professional, helpful disposition, support club operations, and work with club management on delegated projects. FGC describes its culture as supportive and focused on coaching, teamwork, career growth, fitness, and fun.

Requirements

Fluent in English.
Proficient reading and writing skills.
Computer skills.
Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Sell memberships.
Greet members and guests, and wish them well as they exit the club.
Check in members and guests according to company procedures.
Facilitate messages in club software during member check-in.
Answer phone calls in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner.
Communicate special events to members and guests.
Maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome.
Handle member requests or forward them to a manager.
Maintain a professional disposition at all times.
Sell retail products.
Schedule member services, including tanning.
Facilitate payment for member services according to company procedures.
Learn and communicate knowledge of the club’s facilities, services, and schedules.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist with projects as delegated by club management.
Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
Perform opening and closing duties.
Attend monthly or weekly department meetings and employee training meetings.
