Integris, a Division of Coastal Community Credit Union, is seeking an individual to work as a Member Service Representative (MSR) on a permanent, full-time basis at their Vanderhoof branch. MSRs play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to members, responsible for making quality referrals, and addressing member issues and complaints with professionalism and positivity. Requirements

Basic understanding of financial transactions and customer service.

Nice To Haves

Experience resolving challenging customer inquiries and transactions in a financial institution is an asset.
Enhanced understanding of estates, business accounts, and RRSP products is an asset.

Responsibilities

Negotiate basic transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, cheque orders, foreign currency, and wire transfers.
Complete daily balancing of money orders, cheques, bills, credit card transactions, and foreign exchange.
Open simple sub-accounts, respond to general inquiries, update member information, and handle basic account maintenance and closures.
Build member relationships, achieve referral goals, encourage the use of new products, and provide information on credit union services.
Assist with branch administrative tasks, balance the ATM, and help maintain branch appearance.
