About The Position

Our client, a global leader in power management solutions, is seeking a Field Service Representative to support their Engineering Service & Systems division in the Littleton, CO region. Requirements

High School Diploma/GED + 2 years of electrical or mechanical industry experience; OR completion of an accredited trade school/program + 5+ years evaluating and servicing electrical distribution or control systems
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (now or in the future)
Valid driver's license required
Ability to obtain/maintain a valid TWIC card and DOT non-CDL qualification (if required)

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
1+ year of field service experience with electrical distribution or control systems
Electrical or General Contractor's License
Professional Engineering (PE) License
Experience with power quality measurements, protective relay testing/troubleshooting
NICET/NETA certification

Responsibilities

Perform field service work on electrical equipment across assigned projects
Deliver technical solutions directly to customers on-site
Handle complex engineering assignments including equipment/product design, testing, process studies, and research investigations
Apply expertise in: Test Equipment Operation, Troubleshooting, Protective Relays, Power Quality Measurements, Disaster Recovery, Rotating Machinery, and Protection & Control Design
Generate timely, accurate service reports covering work performed, product performance, and warranties
