As a Member Services Coordinator, you’ll manage client accounts, foster strong connections, and help clients navigate their risk and capital management needs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, problem-solving, and making a meaningful impact. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for managing client accounts. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, secure existing business, and identify opportunities for additional services. Your day-to-day will involve building trust, leading resources to address client challenges, and ensuring their satisfaction. You’ll also travel occasionally to meet clients and strengthen relationships.
