The Member Services Coordinator manages the member management software system for the Department of Recreational Sports, including training student employees throughout all facilities and general setup and administration. This role acts as the department liaison to Student Life Information and Technology regarding system updates and maintenance. The coordinator directly leads a team of 125 student employees and two graduate assistants in Member Services at the Recreation and Physical Activity Center (RPAC) and works closely with the Staff Training and Development Coordinator to create customer service training.
