About The Position

As a Member Services Coordinator at the Findlay Community Hub, you will help create an exceptional experience for every member and guest who walks through our doors. Serving as a key connection point between members, staff, and programs, you will support daily operations, coordinate member services activities, assist with enrollment and engagement initiatives, and help ensure a welcoming, organized, and community-focused environment. Requirements

1 year post High School Education in General Studies
Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
Cash register experience
Computer application skills
Customer service
Up to 1 year experience

Responsibilities

Managing the front desk operations
Facility concierge with focus on new member onboarding
Supporting membership sales
Part of the facility Manager on Duty rotation
Team member oversight, scheduling, customer experience, point of sale, and all other aspects of serving customers at the front desk
Meeting with all members to find the best programs and services to meet their needs, ensuring they have the opportunity to meet their goals
Supporting membership sales in the form of tours, walk-ins, etc, when membership team is unable to handle
Manager on Duty rotation to include average one night shift every other week, one weekend shift per month, and holiday coverage as needed
