Requirements

  • Know your way around a computer.
  • Can easily switch between multiple applications to complete a task.
  • Remembering details, prioritizing competing tasks and thinking critically to solve problems are things that come easily to you (likely because you may have previously worked in a restaurant, school or retail store).
  • Take pride in your work, communicate your thoughts clearly (over the phone and in writing) and your friends and family describe you as a person with integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly respond to member inquiries via phone, email text and live chat, making it easy for them to work with us
  • Provide support for billing inquiries, policy changes, renewal inquiries, and our online portal with ease and accuracy
