About The Position
The YMCA at Donelson-Hermitage is hiring a Part-time Member Services Associate. This role is for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join a mission-driven organization where they can make a real impact. The associate will be the friendly face greeting members, answering questions, providing tours, and ensuring members feel at home. They will also connect members with the programs offered by the YMCA.
Requirements
- Minimum Age: 16
- No degree required
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
