- 5+ years of work experience or 3+ years in a service-based or safe driving role (a plus, but not required!)

Responsibilities
- Work outdoors year-round
- Provide strong customer service and communication
- Manage time effectively
- Set goals and take pride in work
- Work with basic hand tools, gas-powered augers, and lift up to 60 lbs
- Navigate and inspect crawlspaces
- Help others by performing pest control services
- Follow safety practices and procedures
Benefits
- Seasonal 4-day work week (August-February: True 4 Day Work Week; March-July: Alternating schedule)
- Hours: 7 AM – 5 PM (No nights and Weekends)
- Starting pay: $50,000 per year + Opportunity to Earn Monthly Production Bonuses
- Paid Training: Paid Category 7 State Certification training, extensive on boarding training, and ongoing continuing education training
