About The Position

CRUNCH FITNESS is seeking a Member Services Admin to join their team in New York, New York. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Member Services. Crunch Fitness is a rapidly expanding fitness brand with over 500 franchised and corporate-owned gyms. They are known for their "No Judgments" philosophy, making fitness fun by fusing exercise with entertainment and innovation. Requirements

• 1–3 years in an office as an administrator, customer service, or billing role
• High school diploma required
• Good with Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic database or customer service software, customer service email ticketing system.
• Able to write professional emails and handle upset customers calmly and politely.
• Very careful with numbers, finance, data, and member contracts.
• Multitask
• Fun, energetic, and matches Crunch’s "No Judgments" vibe.

Nice To Haves

• fitness or hospitality experience is a plus
• college degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage Member Accounts: Update billing info, process cancellations, freeze accounts, and handle refunds in the system.
• Member App Support: Resolve issues and provide support to members experiencing issues with the member app and report bugs to technical support teams.
• Support Gym Management: Assist franchise owners and gym managers with complex membership or software issues.
• Keep Data Clean: Manage, enter and update large amounts of member data accurately in various systems.
• Data Reporting and Analysis: Create and submit various reports to supervisor (e.g., cancellations, member issues, and response times for management).
