ICCU is seeking a Member Service Specialist (MSS) to join their team at the South Hill branch. As the first point of contact for members, the MSS will be responsible for ensuring member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service. This role involves providing information about Credit Union services, referring members to beneficial products, performing transactions using various systems, and resolving member concerns. The position also requires demonstrating ICCU's core values and maintaining confidentiality. This is a part-time position with a specific shift schedule: Monday and Friday from 9:15 am to 6:15 pm, and every Saturday from 8:45 am to 3:15 pm.
