This full-time role involves leading a team dedicated to providing exceptional in-home personal care and live-in services. The manager will focus on building connections, strengthening community involvement, and driving agency growth. Requirements
- Experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or home care.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, and referral partners.
- Represent the agency at networking events and community outreach opportunities.
- Develop strategies to grow referrals and increase community awareness.
- Oversee daily operations of the personal care agency.
- Recruit, train, and support caregivers and office staff.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and RN to ensure quality care plans.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and agency standards.
- Support scheduling, payroll, billing, and reporting functions.
