ICCU is seeking a Member Service Specialist (MSS) to join their team. As the first point of contact for members, the MSS will ensure member satisfaction through courteous, accurate, and efficient service. This role involves providing general information about Credit Union services, referring members to beneficial products and services, performing various member transactions using different systems, and resolving member concerns effectively. The MSS will also be responsible for informing management about member needs and demonstrating ICCU's core values: Honesty and Integrity, Respect and Dignity, Growth and Performance, and Improvement and Accountability.
