This role is responsible for conducting a variety of paying and receiving transactions including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashiers checks. The specialist will also reconcile daily transactions to ensure the accuracy of cash and check totals. A key aspect of this role is providing comprehensive member services, such as opening and closing accounts, answering member inquiries about services, and performing account maintenance to ensure member satisfaction.
