About The Position

Kohler Credit Union is hiring a Full-Time Member Service Representative to join their Contact Center team. This entry-level customer service opportunity is perfect for individuals looking to build a rewarding career in banking, financial services, member support, and customer care. With a starting wage of $17.45-$19.50 per hour, this customer service position requires no previous banking or credit union experience. The credit union provides the training, support, and career development opportunities needed to help you succeed while making a meaningful difference in our members' financial lives. Training will take place in Sheboygan, WI, with the opportunity to transition to their Rapids Road - Manitowoc Branch upon successful completion of the training program.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to follow compliance, security, and regulatory requirements
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, chat, email, and secure messaging
  • Assist members with account inquiries and account maintenance requests
  • Resolve member concerns and provide timely solutions
  • Support debit card services, account updates, and mobile deposit verification
  • Educate members on products, services, and digital banking solutions
  • Identify opportunities to recommend financial products that meet member needs
  • Maintain accuracy while following banking regulations and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service and member satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
  • Create positive member experiences that strengthen long-term relationships
