Member Service Representative (Full-Time) - Sandy Springs
About The Position
Provides members and prospective members with the full range of Navy Federal Credit Union products and services, including deposit accounts, lending products, and credit and debit cards. Performs moderately complex platform banking functions under supervision while developing confidence and independence in the role. This position is eligible for the TalentQuest employee referral program. Hours are available Monday through Saturday and are based on business needs. The position is located at 5898 Roswell Rd, Sandy Springs, Georgia 30328. Based on business needs, the employee may be required to work at or permanently transfer to a neighboring branch within a reasonable commuting distance.

Responsibilities
- Provide basic counseling on available products and services to meet member needs.
- Assist members with opening and maintaining deposit accounts, loans, and other financial products.
- Research and resolve basic account discrepancies and service requests.
- Identify opportunities to cross-service products and enhance member relationships through education.
- Understand and comply with relevant federal and institutional regulations related to financial products and services.
- Support team members by sharing knowledge and best practices as experience grows.
- Handle cash and other negotiable instruments properly and securely.
- Process routine transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
