About The Position

TEKsystems is currently hiring full time remote Member Service Representatives to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution! This position involves taking back-to-back inbound calls, sitting at a desk, working on a computer, navigating two monitors and several programs. Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction.

Requirements

  • Call center or customer service experience
  • Able to navigate multiple systems
  • High school diploma required
  • Must be cable or fiber optic internet
  • Direct access to plug into router
  • Must have distraction free work environment

Responsibilities

  • Answer 80-100 inbound calls a day
  • Ensure account and member security by identifying red flags and safeguarding member assets and account information
