About The Position

Prospera Credit Union is seeking a Part-Time (20 hours/week) Bilingual Spanish/English Member Service Representative for their Grand Chute location. This role is crucial in providing personalized financial guidance to members, ensuring they feel valued and can achieve their financial goals. The representative will be a primary point of contact, processing transactions, identifying member needs, and referring them to specialized team members. Requirements

• The ability to speak and write fluently in English and Spanish is required.
• Prior retail experience.
• Customer Service experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to hear, assimilate and solve problems quickly, using a member service approach

Responsibilities

• Providing professional, friendly and personalized member service during each interaction.
• Act as the face of the organization and one of the first points of contact for our members
• Accurately processing a variety of financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, advances, loan payments, etc.).
• Creating conversations with members to help identify their needs
• Providing information and education about various products and services
• Making appropriate referrals, suggestions and referrals to other team members who specialize in different areas such as loans, investments, mortgages, etc.
