About The Position

Requirements

• Entry-level banking and/or retail experience with cash handling.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, privacy, and professionalism as a front-line representative.
• Applicants must reside in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions in person and by telephone, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cash advances, and transfers.
• Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service when processing transactions.
• Open new checking and savings accounts and assist with direct deposits, ATM cards, CDs, IRAs, and money market accounts.
• Cross-sell and promote credit union products and services.
