About The Position

TCT Federal Credit Union is hiring an onsite Member Service Representative to support members with everyday financial transactions and provide a positive, professional, and welcoming service experience. The role involves helping members feel comfortable, answering questions, identifying solutions, and connecting them with services that support their financial well-being. The representative will build relationships, help members navigate financial needs, and contribute to a supportive, team-focused branch environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good basic math skills.
Ability to stay organized and accurate in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort using computers, business equipment, and related applications.
Professional, reliable, and member-focused approach.
Ability to pass a criminal background and bondability check.

Cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

Greet members warmly and create a friendly, welcoming experience.
Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, credit card payments, and other transactions.
Maintain and balance a cash drawer with care and attention to detail.
Answer member questions in person and by phone.
Help members with account updates, service requests, and basic e-services support.
Listen carefully, ask questions, solve problems thoughtfully, and connect members with appropriate resources.
Support fraud prevention by staying alert and following procedures.
Share information about products and services that may benefit members.
Contribute to a positive, team-focused branch environment.
Help keep the branch lobby and work areas organized, stocked, and ready to serve members.
