About The Position

AmeriCU Credit Union is seeking a Member Service Representative to deliver exceptional member experiences and build meaningful relationships. The role supports the credit union’s mission of helping members achieve financial success. The representative serves as the primary liaison for traditional teller transactions and interactive teller machine (ITM) technology, supports members with digital tools, and helps retain, expand, and acquire member relationships. The position also includes training new hires, servicing accounts, maintaining files, and contributing to local community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Greet members enthusiastically, model the team culture, and provide service for traditional teller transactions and interactive teller machine (ITM) technology.
• Retain, expand, and acquire member relationships by cross-selling products, conducting courtesy calls, and meeting annual sales and relationship goals.
• Collaborate with business partners to deepen member relationships and accurately record member interactions in the CRM system.
• Serve as the lead trainer for desk and teller line new hires within the Financial Center, providing regional support as needed.
• Perform account servicing and file maintenance while adhering to credit union policies, operational risk controls, and regulatory standards, including BSA and SAFE Act requirements.
• Demonstrate active involvement and engagement in the local community.
