About The Position

As a Member Service Representative at Atlantic Federal Credit Union, you serve as a welcoming point of contact for members and support their everyday financial needs. The role offers paid training in banking, digital tools, and problem-solving, with opportunities to advance into leadership, lending, or other specialized roles. You will help members feel more confident about their finances while contributing to branch operations and building relationships.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience working with people.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and ability to solve problems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Flexibility to travel to nearby branches as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and process everyday transactions accurately.
• Listen to members, ask questions, and connect them with appropriate accounts, loans, or digital tools.
• Balance a cash drawer and follow security and compliance standards.
• Assist with daily branch operations, including opening and closing and audit support.
• Answer banking questions and deepen member relationships.
