About The Position

As a Member Service Representative at Atlantic Federal Credit Union, you will serve as a friendly point of contact for members while building a career in financial services. Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience working with people.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and ability to solve problems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Flexibility to travel to nearby branches as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and handle everyday transactions accurately and confidently.
• Listen to members, ask questions, and connect them with appropriate accounts, loans, or digital tools.
• Balance the cash drawer and follow security and compliance standards.
• Assist with daily branch operations, including opening and closing and audit support.
• Answer banking questions and deepen member relationships.
