Member Service Representative I - Eagan, MN - October 2026
About The Position
Ideal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a Member Service Representative I at its Eagan office. The position assists members and potential members with their credit union needs by explaining services, setting up new accounts, responding to problems, and directing members to appropriate staff. This is a fully on-site, full-time, hourly, non-exempt position. The employee may be asked to travel to other branch locations for training or to provide assistance as needed. The role follows a rotating two-week schedule totaling 40 hours each week. Week One includes Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Thursday from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM; Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM; and Sunday off. Week Two includes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM; and Saturday and Sunday off. Thirty-minute lunch breaks are scheduled as specified in the posting. Other hours may be required as needed. The starting pay is $22.23–$23.62 per hour.
Requirements
- Prior new account experience is preferred.
- Prior lending experience is preferred.
- Prior sales experience is preferred.
- Prior credit union experience is helpful.
