Requirements

1–3 years’ experience working with people.
Comfort in a fast-paced environment and a knack for solving problems.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to getting it right.
Flexibility to travel to nearby branches as needed.
A high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Greet members and handle their everyday transactions, accurately and confidently
Listen, ask questions, and connect members with the right accounts, loans, or digital tools
Keep things running smoothly by balancing your cash drawer and following security and compliance standards
Pitch in with daily branch operations like opening/closing and audit support
Answer vital banking questions and deepen every relationship.
