Connections Credit Union is looking for a full-time Member Service Rep for our Meridian branch. Requirements

Highly proficient in cash handling, especially with multiple denominations and large amounts
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to demonstrate confidentiality in regards to member accounts and sensitive information
Basic financial knowledge
High School Graduate or GED
Must be bondable
Flexibility with travel and reliable transportation is expected.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact with our members and be responsible for processing member transactions, primarily dealing in cash and checks.
Promote the credit union and its services while providing professional and friendly service to our members.
Occasionally travel/rover at least 25% to various Treasure Valley branches to assist with teller operations in the event of absent employees and/or short-staffed branches.
