About The Position

Northwoods Credit Union in Cloquet, MN is searching for a new team member to fill the role of Member Service Representative I (Teller). This full time, entry-level position offers a competitive starting rate ranging between $17.00 - $18.15 per hour based on experience. Maximum pay for the MSR I position is $22.69, with opportunities for career ladder advancement to higher paying roles such as MSR II & MSR III based on performance. Standard hours: M-F 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. (8 hour weekday shifts may vary 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required
Valid driver's license is required

Prior experience in customer service or cash handling is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Process routine financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with accuracy and efficiency.
Understand each member's needs and recommend solutions that support their unique financial goals.
